This is a dated concept. Maybe the best thing to do is make a board to hang in your house and put the stickers there.
We used to drive across the country every summer in college back in the 60s at 50 mph before most of the interstates. We had no AC and used to hang a water bag from the grill of the car. Travel was slower then.
