In my opinion this reasoning makes little sense for a motorhome. A look at the odometer will be equally telling, maybe more so, and I don't see how there's any more wear and tear if those 35,000 miles are all in two states or if they cover a large swath of the nation.
I agree not to mention why would you try and hide something from a buyer that they deserve to know, treat people the way you want to be treated. I have stickers on my RV and don't give any thought to the next owner, not even sure if there will be a next owner. Enjoy the present.
