You a "use tax" that is the local commercial sales tax at the time you register the vehicle

Plus the other taxes, like light rail, which you wouldn't pay Kitsap is not included in the regional light rail tax

I can show you the receipt from my registration and yes I'm aware that Kitsap County does not pay for the light regional rail tax system! This has nothing to do with the regional Light Rail! This was another back room deal separate from regional rail. It's called a TPA look it up! I had to pay $75.00 extra on my tabs and I believe it runs for 5 years . The TPA's in Washington State do not require a majority vote from the legislature, it's a yea or nay from the transportation committee! I'm surprised your not paying it or aware of it!
