Its not a matter of cheap for some of us..Its a matter of timing. Most times when I get off work at 4PM I head out, so makes no sense to pull in KOA at 12 or 1 Am. I stay at Wal-Mart ,Flying J ,Pilot, TA and rest areas an leave again at 6 or 7 AM.A lot of us that still work do this.
