I had an older (1996) 37 ft motorhome on the F53 chassis, and got the most bang for the buck with a rear trac bar.
Regarding the steer safe, I put one on my Freightliner (current coach) that already tracked well (comes with front/rear trac bars). The steer safe eliminated rut tracking where the tire tries to follow the grooves in the pavement. We noticed a difference in coach handling after installation.
I have no experience with the other brands of steering stabilizers, so hopefully you'll get comments from other members.
