Could be in two or three weeks, she will have a new boyfriend , that might solve your problem, or offer a cash deal for use of that one foot, or make alterations to your garage. I would try to keep that unit at home, safer than a remote lot. Check the cost of the remote location, then figure out what this remote location will cost you yearly. I would go for the garage modification if nothing else works out.
