At home is best. We have never had the option. We store the trailer 30 miles away. We always remove the battery and lock the trailer. We have brought it home the weekend before to plug in and stock. Over the years we have found it easier to leave from the storage place and leave evrything in coolers until the next day. Less convenient but hey we are going camping!
