1. negotiation is not an option.
2. This boyfriend has lasted longer than ex-husb and prev boyfriend. They have also now had a kid.
3. will know tomorrow about modifying the eaves
4. Just habit now that it's by the house. Of course I can run the frig on propane to get things cold. DUH! :)
Have parked there with owner permission all these years just didn't think a written contract for the one foot was necessary. Don't know if I would have gotten one or just aggravated her for asking anyway. Geez, one foot.
