Cutting back the overhang of most houses is usually an easy thing to do, even if they are trusses. Once you get the cost of doing that, if you have any kind of communication with your neighbor, you may try to talk with them again. If they just do not like the looks of your coach, moving it back off of their property does not address their issues.
You may also want to check on what your zoning requirements are for the storage of your RV. If moving it back off of their property is still against your local zoning rules, the neighbors may push the issue further. If moving it back is legal, then I would modify the roof overhang and keep it at home.
In my area, I can park right up to the property line but I cannot extend in to the 10' front easement by the road.
