That is a nice swing out. I saw a couple of those minus the box at a welding shop in FL several years ago and it gave me an idea on making mine. I have to support the end of mine with a dolly wheel so it doesn't break the hinge. Yours is really nice. I added my storage box before I started modifying the sleeping quarters.:)
