Why can't you pull in on the right side, fill the def tank, then move? Seems simple enough to me.
In order to fill the tank directly, I would have to back into the lane (impossible with a toad) or enter from the exit side. I've actually done that when there were lots of free fuel lanes but it isn't ideal because you still have to pull in straight to get diesel, then go out and come back from the exit for the DEF. I'd still have to swipe twice.
