Strange new DEF refill problem

What are you not understanding? The fuel stations have not made it convenient to fill DEF tanks on the passenger side. That's all.

Note, you said "Like I said hard to believe he does not have dual Diesel Fill ports on such a high dollar unit ".... you are confusing everybody.

I too don't know what to say to you? The guy has dual fill ports for fuel and one for def? WHY would he pull into a fuel bar on the side that has no def fill? why would he not simply choose the side that fills both fuel and def ?? iam as said more than well aware he has dual fuel fill ports as U told me 3-4 times now

OK, I'll go over this one more time.

DEF is only on one side at the Fuel station (Driver's side). H13's DEF fill is on the passenger side. There is nothing he can do until the fuel station installs DEF pumps on the passenger side (which they haven't installed). He'll have to fill by the jug.
