Streaks on the sides coming from rubber roof
This happens all too frequent and frankly it's a pain. Is there anything I can do to minimize this problem? Of course, thanks in advance:@

The streaks I am referring to are chalky. We washed the roof about 3 months ago and it is doing it again. I have recently built a separate building for housing the Big Boy but every time it rains the streaks reappear.
