stress fracture
A 6 inch or so diagonal stress crack appeared on our brand new (10 day old) RV coming off the bottom corner of the bedroom slide. Is this normal? It looks pretty rough.

To answer you question....I would consider to be very abnormal and would be back at the dealer in a heartbeat.
