Let's see if I read this correctly. You are advising OP to hire a Lawyer and try to force a Dealer (which he did not purchase the unit from) to do work on said unit. Do you think the OP would be satisfied with the work done on the unit? Do you think the Dealer will put the unit in front of their customers that purchased from them, to get OP unit fixed? What if you were the customer that purchased from said Dealer, and Dealer pushes you back to work on a unit that was not even purchased from the Dealer? Take the unit back to the Dealer you purchased it from and get it fixed. I doubt Monaco can force, or even wants to force, the Dealer to work on a unit they have no interest in.
