I think the rules are nuts. I lived in my RV for 3 months while waiting for the house to be built. This was my home so I treated it like my home. I would leave to dog at home when we went somewhere the dog could not go. Our dog thinks the RV is his second home and he just goes to sleep when we leave.
However, it is their park and the best thing to do is vote with your wallet and leave. I would tell them politely why you are leaving. I would try and make sure the owner knew why you were leaving.
