One note: My 38 foot RV has been know to park on a 28 foot site with no problems (Special considerations you need to view the site before you reserve)
Of course mine is a gasser. There is a lot of rear overhang.. And the short sites I'm backed up to a protected "Cliff" of sorts (Seriously downsloaping ground on the other side of a parking stop). So the last 10 feet just hang out in the air... I need a ladder to hook up my ham radio antenna :)
The other concern is the tighteness of corners and such.. That, alas, is not as easily overcome.
