Which size tires and wheels
The old 17" ? Are getting hard to find
Take a closer look under chassis at the brake system, drivers side forward of the rear wheels
The old bendix dual vacuum boost cylinders, might be hard to find replacements for them
The engine and transmission are a solid combination
The radiator should probably be flushed and checked for leaks , so as to prevent over heating
Bearings brake shoes, all the common stuff , should be available, lots of old dodge trucks on the road , ignition switch and other electrical items might need a connector change , cut off new and splice in old one , or move some wires in the connector
Been thru that a few times with friends and my old dodge when I had it
But everything always worked once I figured out the wiring change,
Dodge/Chrysler doesn't Mfg replacement oem parts, so the stuff from Napa or AutoZone comes from after market REPLACEMENT, with newer connectors or the wires will be in differ positions in the same old connector , because it really for 78 instead of 74, and dodge moved the wires in different spots different years using the same switch and connector
