AS has been pointed out previous posts just adjust the voltage pot.
Not something you would send back in for anyway.
Call their tech support if you need instructions

I am perfectly capable of adjusting it but I shouldn't have to calibrate anything with a brand new unit.
At this point getting to it will be a PIA - and I only have to because of poor quality.
