You most likely have the "Henchen Tag Axle System" that we have on our 2000 Residency 3790.
You may be able to get some assistance from this site of Airstream as they use the same type of axles.:

Here's another site with information on the Henchen axles:

As far as the wall separation from the floor, you'll need to remove the long molding strip on the outside under which you'll find screws that attach the sidewall to the floor.
The screws may be broken, if so, you'll need to remove a screw that isn't broken and try to find the same type of screw at a hardware store, perhaps Lowes or Home depot.
After finding matching screws you need to drill a hole in the sidewall in line and next to where all the broken screws are located then reattach the sidewall to the floor with the new screws.
If you're lucky and the screws aren't broken off, than all that's necessary will be to tighten the screws to bring the sidewall back tight against the floor.
That's how I fixed the same problem I had with my coach where the gap between sidewall and floor occurred on the driver's side just forward of the Living room slide out opening.
Good luck and let us know if the fix works.

Best of luck and safe travels...
