Frame??? I don't know of any cars that can be towed that have a frame, like the old automobiles used to have. They all have a stamped steel uni-body that depends on the whole structure to provide rigidity. Any cable installed is just attached to another part of the body.
You used to be able to lift the body of a car off of the frame. Not anymore.
