Vehicles have come off of dollies and trailers too. Trailers have even come off of the towing vehicle before. As a matter of fact, the last time somebody posted a story on here about a toad vehicle behind a motorhome coming lose and how they didn't have an aux break system, it turned out the towed vehicle had come off of a dolly when the straps failed.
