After looking into this Ready Brake system it's pretty simple, which isn't a bad thing. However the problem we would have (and others I'm sure) is our rig has a drop hitch turned upside down. This is because our tow bars are high on our toad.
The rise is 6". Adding another connection is not doing any benefits to the integrity of our towing setup. We already have the Blue Ox immobilizer II on both connections at top and bottom to stop the slop in the hitch setup. Putting in another extension like this Ready Brake would worry me to death.
