The main advantage is that you can have unlimited hot water. How much flow at hot depends on heater BTU.
Main disadvantage in RV is that heater will not work with low flow, so you have to open faucet widely for it to start.
Like most of the choices in your life - you have to get used to new technology.
I think I would like it on my classA with 100 gallons of fresh water, but in my camper with small tanks, I have tip actuators and that heater would not work well with them.
