In all the 50 yrs I drove on the road I have never seen so many new trucks broken down on the side of the road because of some stoopid little computer part or fuse, slightly low water will shut them down where as the older engines would run forever down a gallon in water, electronic fuel pedal's another nightmare that I won't get into, Just give me an old manual controlled engine anyday, more power and better fuel consumption on most of them, it was very seldom you ever seen an old 220- 335 cummins broke down on the road and if it was it usually was fixed in a few minutes, not on the hook. Just my thought's.
