If the manufacturer plugged the TV's in then there is reasonable access to the plugs. You might need to unscrew a panel to get there but you need to find that access and get to the plugs. You then need to plug in a lamp or drill or something into the plug to ensure there is actually no power to the plug and not something more weird like both TV's dying simultaneously. Before this happened, did both of the TV's work when you were not plugged into shore power (means you have an inverter)? Did this happen while both TV's were on or something that happened while you were away? If you were there, did you happen to turn something else on at the moment the TV's went off?
