FIRST....you need to know FOR SURE if the TVs run off of AC or DC power.
THEN....you need to find the point of connection (outlets).
IF....you bought this new from a dealer, they should be able to help you with this, but be sure they tell you what the problem was and WHY.
They might even do this "no charge".....yes, maybe even CW.
