  • the pos and ground go in the middle and the wires to the motor go on the two posts on one end. If there are two jumpers that cross on the back of the switch your good, if not you need to make two.
  • the switch I bought for temp repair only has volts and amp rating NO name or I,D info . this jack is on the kids tow trailer with all her dog show stuff inside. the switch IS fixed position on,, off,, on siz pole.thanks for the help.
  • Go to this site and look at the drawing for 13865. It is a four wire with the jumpers installed.

This is only good if you bought an on-off-on momentary switch.
What make and model switch did you buy?
  • I don't know what RV you have but I didn't know that Class C motorhomes had tongue jacks. If you have a TT you would be better off posting this question in the appropriate forum.

PS: if you look online with your make & model number, you may find the answer there.
