Are you suggesting that a non-US citizen can't own a company (LLC) in the US?
iam saying a LLC wont make any difference to a Canadian citizen that resides in Canada with a Canadian issued DL; we cant drive around in a us Plated MH in Canada whether its in his name or his company's name

I drive, and see others, driving, US plated vehicles every day of the week.
You’re saying, for instance, truckers who are Canadian citizens cannot drive US plated trucks in Canada?
