When the Coach belongs to a US company, that company can rent it to who ever they choose for as long as they choose. And the renter can drive that coach any where the rental agreement allows.

The question at hand is Can I as a Canadian Buy a US vehicle registered insured and plated vehicle in their name and return to Canada to their home and when their ready to return to US drive same vehicle back still us registered and plated and the answer is NO one can not do so
Unless you enter the RIV program at the border the vehicle will be refused entry
that's the law as it stands
