Texas State Inspections for Class A RV's in/near Dallas TX

what is this "must fit in bay" requirement ? i just had our coach inspected, i parked out back (local quick lube) and then never said a word...checked the lights / blow the horn and stick the sticker on the windscreen....hell they didn't even check my tint (which is illegal).
