You have my sympathies for your rash of troubles! In the hope of sharing some tempered encouragement - your vehicle will sell. It just may not sell for the price you want, or worse, the price you need.
It's very hard to walk away from such a big investment. Especially an investment that's as much emotional as financial. But, just try to prepare yourself for offers that are less than you hoped for.
I do hope I'm wrong; I hope you get every dollar you need out of it.
