I love to kill 'em with kindness and a smile. Folks don't know how to take that sometimes and it can even make them madder.
When worst comes to worst and folks continue to act like the exit end of a horse I've been known to laugh out loud in their face and then walk away. This may not change them, but it helps me remember that they are obviously having a worse day than I am having and this tends to make me smile even more even if it might make me look somewhat dotty.
A bad day for me as a middle-aged American citizen with a wife,two healthy boys and a motor-home is better than some folks' best day ever and I try to remember that too... Life's too short for me to get too worked up about anything that isn't directly threatening me or my family.
