Another good response is,,, "it must really suck to be you." that gets them every time. Or when someone gives you the finger. I put my thumb on my nose and wave my hand like a rooster tail or put your hands on each ear stick your tongue out and flap your fingers... nah don't do that,. almost got me ran off the road. but it is effective!!
