Passed a King Aire coming down I-65 last night. Had never heard of that brand, apparently made by Newmar, who has a good reputation for making a quality coach. It checks most of your boxes above, the model 4584 has the rear bath with half bath off the kitchen. 600HP Cummins turbodiesel, Allison MH-4000, GVWR54000 GCWR 69000, tag axle etc. Only exception is the Spartan K3 chassis instead of the Freightliner.
Only possible snag was this footnote at the bottom of the specs page: Starting at $836,768...I think it does qualify in the "ultimate" category though....
