What is the most cheapest terribly built RV out there? the cheapest I ever seen was an Open Road a neighbor had when I lived in NC. are they that cheaply made? or is there a cheaper one? any thoughts?

  • i had a 1978 Open Road 19.5' Class C. I loved it! we bought it in 1980 used w/ 45,000m. on it. Took several long trips in it then lost a job and had to sell it. I loved that MH! It was so much fun to travel in and got great mileage. Never had a bit of trouble. Paid $5k for it. Had a generator and full bath. i kick myself every time I think of it. It sure was a cutie pie!

    Just saying.
  • We have learned over the years of belonging to car clubs, that no matter how bad you think a vehicle looks, it is someones pride and joy.

The view through the windshield is the same no matter what kind of camper you drive.

Assuming you're asking about new units, the cheapest most horrible terrible worst motorhome is the 2013 Prevost that my bank turned me down for a loan on.

    Dodged a bullet that time!
  • My 1982 Holiday Rambler was the pits.

No not really, I have never owned a 1982 Holiday Rambler. I just did not like the OP downing a RV that someone on this forum may own.
