Thermostat Fan Setting
On our thermostat there is a hi and low setting for the fan. What are the benefits of changing the speed? Thanks for all comments!

Some models on Auto, the Hi Fan runs first and then as the preset temp is close, will go to Lo fan and then OFF once the preset is reached. Doug
