A fifth wheel will probably give you less options. I speak from experience as we had a bad break down in our fifth wheel. Spun a bearing and destroyed an axle. We were stuck behind a chinese food restaurant for 5 days until a tow could come get us. We called Coach Net and after about a hour we get called back and they tell us they can't find anyone who wanted to tow us. This was in Nashville. Basically they told us we were out of luck. I pushed Coach Net and they were able to convince one company to get a low boy to come get us, even still they did not want to come get us. 2nd break down where tow companies don't want to tow 5th wheels. They don't like the trouble to get them on the low boy and they run into serous height issues and often need a pilot car. We went back to a Motorhome after that.
