Thinking about replacing my toilet, need suggestions

Tinstar: I found if you look online, you'll find all of the exact dimensions for most units in their installation manuals, which are almost always posted as part of the manufacturer's description. Be sure to check the dimension from the back wall to the center of the outlet - that was what kept me from replacing the unit in our old RV. China bowl is the way to go, for sure. Don't worry about the weight. Folks seem to worry so much about weight, I keep expecting them to ask about taking a laxative before they leave on their trip! 15 pounds? Shoot....we'll pick up that much weight in Lovebugs on a trip from Orlando to Georgia!

Electric push button flush. Adjustable fixed water usage, a little for liquid only, more for solids. Grinds everything to liquid on the way down the hole, nothing comes out of the black tank but brown water.

We use real 2 ply toilet paper!

Thanks Dutch_12078. That's more what I need. I drove to Camping World and they didn't have any low profile glass bowls in stock so I couldn't get an exact measurement of the Dometic 310.

I believe this Aqua Magic Style Plus will fit, depending on the raised portion on the back how far the vacuum break will be from the wall. I'll find one somewhere and measure.

I can't find the difference between the Dometic 310 and the 320 unless the 320 has the elongated bowl and the 310 doesn't.

I don't know why you would worry about toilet weight... you have an Allegro Bus ! I pulled the cheap Thetford plastic toilet in our new Allegro last year and replaced it with the Dometic 320 and we both are very pleased with the improvement in comfort as well as other issues. We got the higher height model and also spent extra for the residential type toilet seat. No regrets this past year on that decision. It's vastly superior in all ways to the old Thetford Bravura we had.

We have had the Dometic 310 for a year and 1/2 now.

Flushes well and completely.

Happy with it.
