As far as multiple slides carefully think out each family member or friend's driveway that you want to park. When you extend the slides it's a huge area of space. Parking alongside their home many times will not work with the slides extended. Also, you really don't want to get into a grassy area in their yard with such a large RV, especially if rain is in the forecast.
We always try to seek out a nearby RV park or state park to stay while visiting family/friends....
Good points. We had friends visit once in their Class A (big, but under 40’) - a fun weekend - but we have an unusually long paved driveway. Since their coach blocked it, we needed to plan ahead and move our own vehicles from our garage out by the street on the lawn during their visit.
It was a bit tricky for them to make some turns, avoid tree branches and to back into our driveway in our typical US subdivision. Our Homeowners Association will allow an RV in the driveway but only for one week maximum.
Just some things to keep in mind for the visits. So a nearby alternative might be handy to know about just in case.
