Welcome to the forums.
One other consideration. These people you plan on visiting. You should have them check to make sure having an RV/motorhome parked in their driveway doesn't violate a city/town/other restriction in their neighborhood. There are some places which do not allow them at all, and others which might allow them to be parked, but NOT be "lived in".
Unfortunately, a "man's home" is no longer his "castle" in most developed areas. You can only do what the gubermint allows you to do. :)
If you are going to visit them and it's not in violation of any local ordinances, then I'd recommend that you pay to have a licensed electrician install a proper 50A RV outlet at their house where the rig will be parked.
