Hi folks,
I'm amazed and impressed by the number of posts and the quality of information here! Most of you have been doing this so long that you may have forgotten how important you are to we new folks. You're the best and I thank for your help...
I always wondered what the “Tag” was I've heard so much about. I was pretty sure it had little to do with touch or tackle... I also didn’t know that the 2nd axle only had two tires. Yes it seems I have a few things to learn.
I've heard a lot about motorhome depreciation and we all understand that from many purchases we've made epecially with automobiles. It doesn't take long to quickly understand this as you look at the preowned prices at the RV dealers.
Homes have always been where the stability is, where you can buy a home and watch it rise in value by 6 to 25% a year as you sit back sipping your Pina Colada knowing BIG bucks are just around the corner. That corner has been "A Long & winding Road" for some and that's for sure! We'd all like to think the housing market problems are over but we with a few years on us know better!
What I'm saying is, if you're full time RVing and your coach is as nice as the home you left which many of them are. Who needs money left over later for an apartment/home? At least with a home on wheels if you don't like your neighbor or your neighborhood you can move out of the hood! :) Or where have I gone wrong?
You guys are the best and I appreciate your help more than you know...
Harry
