Cost on a 50 amp circuit is all going to depend on the install. If you want it two feet from the breaker panel and the panel has enough room for it, it will probably only be a few hundred bucks. But nobody ever wants them a few feet from the panel. So it will all depend on how easy or hard it is to run cable from the breaker panel to where you want the outlet.
