Tile floor, Wood floor:
Pros:
1. Looks good all the time
2. Easy to take care of and cleans easily
Cons:
1. Colder which results in running heater/furnace more often
2. Extra expense of buying rugs to cover. We have an oval and a rectangle Persian rugs which must be dry cleaned. Some have rugs that can be laundered. Personal preference.
3. Dropped items usually break.
4. Tile can break, wood can scratch. These will show up and usually occur only in obvious places. (right at the entry or right in front of the fridge)
As stated above, carpeting has come a long way in the past few years. Explore all options before making such a decision. My wife prefers the tile, I prefer the carpet. Of course she cleans the inside of the coach so she gets her choice...good luck....Dennis
