dangerduane, I feel so sorry for you, especially after spending $120K of your hard earned money. You and every other Thor RV owner deserves better than that! Also, I glad that you stood up and wrote about your Thor experience. I no longer have a motor home, so I have no agenda, other than concerned about the poor customer service you've received. Should my wife and I ever get back into a M.H., I promise you one thing, it will not be a Thor product! There is no excuse for treating customers like this. Best, Chuck/Bagman.
