Hello all,
Just spoke with Brian (most helpful person I have spoke with at THOR) regarding the cap coming loose. He said to get to the wood, you need to remove the U-shaped piece by removing the black screws. Trying to visualize as I am not home. He said no headliner removal is necessary. In the coming months, I am going to try repairing this myself (with my father-in-laws help...as he can fix anything). I will take pictures and share my fixes. THOR said they use this sealant to seal the cap to the cab.

If anyone has any tips or insights before I start...please feel free to share.
Thanks,
Tim
