You're right they just can't do any better. I had a Journey that was a 2013 with that Schwintek slide. Dumped it because it was nothing but problems. Was recently gonna buy a 2013 Meridian 42E but service advisor said this was the 3rd time it has been in the shop for slide tracks and motors. That is why I purchased my 2012 . . . Power Gear Slides that work.
