Sounds like a great deal. Check for leaks, any water lines or mold. Check the roof for any damage or past repairs. Be sure to pull up the over head cab bed (if any) and check the corners real good for signs of water intrusion, damp or mold.
He said "well we had a roof leak but I had the entire roof coated"....uggg I thought you dint coat rubber roofs...Ishould pass.
