Thoughts on this MH for our first?
Thanks to all in other threads of helping me and the wife out with regards to our choice of MH. After looking at floorplans, reading about build quality, etc. I think I've decided on the Newmar line ...

A 2000 probably has the 99 V-10 which had lower horse power, They also had the head with fewer spark plug threads and some threw the plugs out of the heads and had to be repaired. They is a kit to do this and guys that know how to do it with out pulling the heads. It's not like every V-10 threw the plugs but some did. The newer heads with more threads for the plugs have a P1 stamped on the ends of the heads.
Some will say 37 feet is getting into Diesel pusher range I'm sure you'll get to where ever you want to go but in the mountains you will not be one of the first over the top. And you will have a LONG overhang out back to worry about when turning corners.
Check the cargo carrying capacity to make sure you can carry all you will need when on the road for long trips plus pulling a toad if you plan to so so.
