My first thought (since I am a native Floridian) was to wonder whether someone had pulled a flooded vehicle over to Ft. Walton Beach to sell. I would look very carefully for water damage (which might be that "loss other" referred to or it might be something else).
Unless you really like this particular vehicle, I'd keep looking. If you still want to keep this in the running, find a good local RV mechanic to go over it with a fine tooth comb. You may still want it (I just bought a class A with multiple problems because it had certain hard-to-find features I have to have) but at least you will know what you are getting into.
